I am a legal consultant specialising in regulation of health care and public finance in health. He is working on the project on developing audit methodology for measuring quality of healthcare at government hospitals in Uttar Pradesh with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. My areas of interest are financial regulation, legal theory, governance and measurement of governance.
