My short tryst with conventional legal practice motivated me to pursue an interdisciplinary career in public policy primarily related to the financial sector. As a researcher at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, India, I regularly advise various government ministries, financial regulators and expert committees in formulating financial laws, regulations and policies.

My areas of interest include interactions of law, economics and democratic institutions. I recently completed the MSc in Law and Finance from University of Oxford as a Chevening Weidenfeld Hoffmann scholar.
