My short tryst with conventional legal practice motivated me to pursue an interdisciplinary career in public policy primarily related to the financial sector. As a researcher at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, India, I regularly advised the Ministry of Finance, financial regulators and expert committees in formulating financial laws, regulations and policies.

I am currently studying law and finance as a Chevening Weidenfeld Hoffmann scholar at University of Oxford.

My areas of interest include interactions of law, economics and democratic institutions.
